Shipping:

Express or Expedited shipping is additional cost and varies depending on conditions.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes; we can only ship to a physical address.

All orders are shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

Returns:

For warranties or damaged product in transport the merchandise must be in original factory/shipped condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories including software and original wire ties and plastic bags. Merchandise must be in its original box with no writing on the box, paper work or manual included with the item. Merchandise must be shipped in a shipping box. Items returned without a shipping box or any other packaging, you may be charged a fee. You are responsible for any shipping charges to return the item to us if we find no error in the product. If the product is incomplete or dysfunctional we will reimburse shipping on our terms after you have received a RMA#.
